Abstract

|
We described serial MR findings in a 20-year-old male with adrenoleukodystrophy who presented progressive neurologic deterioration after cerebral contusion. On MR imaging, progressive demyelination was predominant in the white matter of the right
temporal lobe as well as in the parietal lobe at the site of prior trauma and extended into the contralateral hemisphere through the anterior commissure.
